Terms of service

GENERAL TERMS
• By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Do not use my art for AI Image generation or NFT’s.PAYMENT
• All of my prices are in USD$ and are accepted through PayPal.
• Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.
• Do not send payment until I agree to give you a slot and request for you to send me the payment.PROCESS & DELIVERY
• Before starting your commission I will ask for multiple photos of your desired subject, ex. Character Reference Sheet, Poses, Outfits. This is to make sure that I can fully satisfy your preferences as well as to make the commission process simpler.
• I will notify you when I have started on your commission, while I am working on your commission I will send multiple progress updates.
• Your commission may take 1-2 weeks however it can take longer depending on factors such as health, piece complexity, as well as other life events.
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initial estimated delivery I will let you know asap.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Please note that there is no physical product.REVISIONS
• While in the sketch phase of the commission you are allowed to change the commission piece twice.
• After the sketch has been approved you are not allowed to request any other major revisions unless there has been a misunderstanding on my part.
• Major edits after the approval of the sketch may result in an additional fee depending on complexity.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI reserve the rights to all artwork made to:•Promote myself with it for advertising purposes.
•Display it anywhere online, as well as in my portfolio.
• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
• Commissioned artwork made is not for commercial use, meaning you cannot make a profit.You (The Commissioner) reserve the right to:• Use the Commissioned piece for personal use.
• Claim the rights to the character but not the drawing itself.
• Share/Repost the artwork anywhere you see fit with proper credit to me, the artist.REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
• You are not allowed to refund once I start working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.Any violations of the terms above could result in the artist rejecting current and/or future commissions from said client.
